Grand Alps Ski Safari, France, Italy and Switzerland.
We just completed the Grand Alps Ski Safari with Ella, it truely was the trip of a lifetime! Ella had everything organised the hotels were beautiful, included meals were superb. However it was the skiing that made it magical. Ella knew all the mountains so well that we were always able to ski on the slopes that suited our ability without queues and find an area out of the wind or bad weather. Her gentle targeted instruction made us much better skier by the end of our tour. She gave us the choice to skip lunch or picnic but chose the best restaurants for lunch if that’s what we wanted.

Ella is an amazing ski instructor
Ella is an amazing ski instructor. We spent two days working with her on our off piste skiing and ski touring skills. All four of us got so much out of the time with Ella - and our ski tour up to and beyond Lac Blanc was fantastic.

Wonderfull Ski teacher in Chamonix
We had two ski lessons from Ella at Patagonia tiptop. We are very happy. My 13 years daughter had some special training for powder skiing so that she can be ready for our skiing trip in japan. Gifted ski coach and delightful company
After a week's group ski coaching with Ella through another company we booked her privately for a few days this winter so we could have her all to ourselves! Not only is Ella delightful company, she's also a gifted coach. Ella puts you at your ease, is great at spotting what each individual needs to improve, has a great toolbox of analogies and drills to help you learn, and was full of encouragement. Hiking from Davos, Switzerland to Lake Como, Italy
Just completed trek through the Swiss Alps - from Davos to Lake Como - gorgeous! As always, PatagoniaTiptop / our Guide Ella did a fantastic job getting us to the best scenic spots, arranging the best meals and accommodations, ensuring Plan B was ready when weather interrupted Plan A - and did all with such positive energy and humor. Amazing Guide and Amazing Trip!
Having travelled the world with many guides, and working with C-suites n my business life, I recognize the hallmark of a great client services professional. And Ella Alpiger is certainly one! It was my first time experiencing one of her hiking trips (Davos - Engadin - Como), although the friends who invited me have had many repeat experiences with Ella which is a testament in itself. She is the consummate professional: a meticulous planner, very aware of her clients needs and yet, with the ability to pivot at any time if weather, mood or ability doesn't cooperate. Even her Plan B's felt like they had been Plan A's all along! Perhaps, most importantly, she is a warm, lovely and interesting person and it was fun getting to know her. Wonderful hikes with Ella
Just finished another wonderful summer hiking trip with Ella and our friends, this year from Davos to Lake Como. Ella is so much fun we do a trip with her every summer. This is my second year in a row working with Ella and her team at Patagoniatiptop. Last year, she organized a tour around the Dents du Midi, and this year, the first five stages of the Alpinepass Trial, starting in St. Moritz. Both experiences working with the company were terrific. The team is responsive, flexible, and knowledgeable. Even once on the trail, they provide real-time suggestions and support given changing weather conditions and other factors. I would highly recommend working with Patagoniatiptop.
